Surestay Hotel By Best Western Buena Park Anaheim, Buena Park

My stay was quite mixed. The hotel has recently seen some remodeling, which was a plus, but I encountered several issues that made my experience less enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, and the breakfast offerings were hit or miss. On a positive note, I did appreciate the comfortable bed and the peaceful atmosphere at night.

I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was infested with roaches, and there was significant noise from construction work early in the morning. The service was lacking, with staff being rude and unhelpful. While the location was decent, close to attractions, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor customer service.
